We never sell equipment, or push any equipment we have designed and/or have a financial interest in, as we believe that would present a serious conflict of interest and compromise our charter to always act with the client’s best interest at heart.

We believe that we should recommend the best equipment for your specific job requirements, regardless of the manufacturer! As your agent, we help you to identify what equipment best meets your needs and fits within your budget. We will provide you with documentation to show what your project should cost, what choices are available, and point you towards the vendors that will provide quality cost-effective solutions that meet your requirements.

We normally don’t install equipment either, although we will do so on a very limited basis. That said, we aren’t afraid to get take a "hands-on" approach when required, or when it is in the clients’ best interest for us to do so. We believe it is best to use local, regional, or national contracting firms that are licensed to work in your area. We can help you identify the right contracting firm for the job, either through specific recommendations, or via the bid process. We can help you through the bid process, helping you draft RFQ’s and RFP’s, providing design sets and detailed specifications to be used by the contractors during the bidding (and installation) process, assist you in reviewing bid submittals, pointing out differences, and making recommendations as to quality vendors (and informing you of our past experiences with them). We can assist you in setting contractor performance bond requirements, and in setting achievable, reasonable, completion dates.

Once installation and construction begins, we act as your agent and supervisor. We can make sure that you won’t be overcharged, or charged for work not performed by a contractor on the job. We also check the contractor's work, making sure your contractor is doing their job correctly to the accepted industry standards we specify. We won’t allow anyone to cut corners, or do less than a thoroughly professional job for our clients. We know that cutting corners will wind up costing the client more in the long run!

By working closely as the interface between the client-owner, the architect, the contractors and sub’s, and your staff, we can insure a thorough job in a timely manner, and for the lowest cost possible.
